Ingredients
3 oz. chilled High Grounds Strawberry Peach Elixir
2 oz. Cut Above Mezcal
Pop Rocks
Instructions Rim a coupe glass with lime or peach juice and rim the glass with pop rocks. In a shaker with ice, gently stir High Grounds and Mezcal to combine. Strain into prepared glass.

Ingredients
2 oz. Cut Above Mezcal
2 oz. Peach Juice
1 oz. Lime Juice
½ contents matcha stick
Instructions
In a shaker with ice, combine mezcal, peach and lime juices, and matcha. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
