We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Subscription Billing & Renewal
By purchasing or subscribing to a Raising The Bar subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Billing generally occurs during the first week of the month for your applicable renewal period (monthly or prepaid multi-month), unless otherwise disclosed at checkout or in your account.
Cancel / Pause
You may cancel or pause your subscription any time prior to your next renewal date to avoid future charges. If you do not cancel before renewal, your subscription will renew automatically and you will be charged.
How to manage your subscription: Log into your account https://shopify.com/87109534010/account/orders, then select:
Manage Subscriptions → View Details → On this page you can pause, skip, swap, or cancel.
Prepaid Terms / No Refunds After Shipment
Subscriptions are often prepaid. Cancellation affects future renewals only. Any remaining boxes already included in a prepaid term will still ship.
Once the first box has shipped for a multi-month renewal, we are unable to offer returns or refunds of any kind for the remainder of that term, except where required by law.
Gift Subscriptions (Automatic Renewal)
Gift subscriptions may renew automatically unless “This is a gift” is selected during checkout or you notify us that the subscription is a gift. If a subscription is not properly designated as a gift, it may renew automatically and be billed accordingly.
Charge Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@weareraisingthebar.com promptly so we can review and help.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, Raising The Bar does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law.
If you have an issue with your order (including damage during shipping), please email info@weareraisingthebar.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
PROMOTIONS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We will honor discounts, coupons, or promotional pricing for orders placed before a sale begins if the purchase was made within 24 hours prior to the public announcement of the sale, discount, or coupon.
To request an adjustment, you must contact us within 24 hours of the sale/discount/coupon’s release. Requests outside this timeframe are not eligible.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

We work hard to display product information accurately, but product colors or appearance may vary based on your device and settings. We do not warrant that product appearance will meet your expectations or match what you see on your screen.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process payment before acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. In many cases, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted or processed.
If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and shown in your order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update your information (including email and payment method details).
If your purchase includes recurring charges (subscriptions), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, except where prohibited by law.

All content and materials within the Services (including trademarks, text, graphics, images, videos, and design) are owned by Raising The Bar or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit use of the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant or assume liability for your use of optional third-party tools.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with We Are Raising The Bar.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and We Are Raising The Bar, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with We Are Raising The Bar.
