4 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
1 oz. Damrak Virgin 0.0
Tajín, for the rim
Poshi Petite Dill Pickles, for garnish

Instructions

Coat the rim of a martini glass with Tajín. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the bloody mix and Damrak. Shake well, then strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with Poshi pickles on a bamboo pick

4 oz. chilled Sidecar Mimosa
1 oz. Damrak Virgin 0.0
Orange twist, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a chilled coupe glass, combine the Sidecar Mimosa and Damrak. Stir gently to preserve the bubbles, then garnish with an orange twist.
