Raising the Bar Policies — Overview

Below is a brief overview of some of our most frequently referenced policies. For full details, please review our Subscription Terms, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Monthly Subscriptions
Raising the Bar subscriptions are pre-paid and automatically renewing unless canceled prior to renewal.
- Subscription billing occurs on the 1st day of the month of your renewal period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Subscription shipping is a flat rate of $9.50 per month, billed with your subscription renewal.
- If you skip a box, your remaining pre-paid boxes will move to subsequent months.
- Pre-paid boxes do not expire, and renewals will not process until all pre-paid boxes have shipped.
- Cancellations apply to future renewals only. Any boxes already paid for will still ship as scheduled.

Gift Orders
We offer three types of gifts:
- Digital gift cards
- Pre-paid single products
- Pre-paid subscription memberships (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
When sending a gift, you’ll be guided through the gifting options and can choose how you’d like to deliver it to the recipient:
Gift delivery options include:
- Share a link to the gift
- Download a printable to share in person
- Send via email, delivered directly to the recipient
- Ship now (available for one-time gift products only)
Important notes:
- Gift subscriptions and one-time products must be activated by the recipient before boxes ship (unless “Ship now” is selected for a one-time product).
- A valid credit card is required at redemption to activate any pre-paid gift subscription.
- The card will not be charged unless the recipient adds additional items or chooses to continue the subscription after the gifted period.
- All gift subscriptions automatically cancel after the final prepaid shipment.
- Gift purchases do not auto-renew on the sender’s end.
- If the recipient chooses to continue the subscription after the gifted period, they may cancel at any time before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
Shipping Information
Delivery Timing
- Delivery typically takes 1–8 business days, depending on location and carrier.
- Tracking emails are sent once an order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Subscription Orders
- Monthly subscription boxes ship in a bulk shipment around the 10th of each month.
- If you sign up between the 11th–24th, your first box ships right away.
- If you sign up between the 25th–10th, your first box ships with the next monthly shipment.
- If a holiday falls on the 25th, the signup cutoff moves to the 26th.
One-Time Orders
- One-time purchases typically ship within 1–2 business days, unless listed as pre-sale.
- Pre-sale items ship according to the timeline listed on the product page.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@weareraisingthebar.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packing materials (if applicable)

RTB Merchandise
All Raising the Bar merchandise is made to order.
- Processing time is typically 3–8 business days, or 7–10 business days during peak months (November–December).
- Merchandise ships separately from other items in your order.
- Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after processing.
All merchandise sales are final. Please review size charts carefully before ordering. If an item arrives defective or damaged during transit, please contact us for assistance.
Discount Policy
If you placed an order within 24 hours prior to a promotion going live, we’re happy to honor the promotional pricing.
To request a price adjustment, please contact us within 24 hours of the promotion’s start. Requests outside this window are not eligible.
Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are not offered due to the nature of our products.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. However, most orders ship very quickly after being placed. If you contact us to request a cancellation outside of our business hours or during a holiday, and your order ships before we are able to review the request, a refund or return will not be offered.
Subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only; any boxes already paid for will still be delivered as scheduled.
