RTB Policies

Monthly subscriptions

All subscriptions renew on the 1st of every month. Subscription renewals are billed the first week of the month prior to shipping every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, according to the prepaid subscription term you’ve chosen. If you skip any boxes on a subscription plan, the boxes remaining on your subscription will move to the subsequent months. Your purchased boxes will never expire, and your renewal will not go through until you have received all of your prepaid boxes. Failure to cancel per the terms (agreeing to these terms is a prerequisite to purchase) may result in automatic renewals, for which Raising the Bar will not be held liable. Gift Orders

We offer two types of gifts: digital gift cards and pre-paid boxes or memberships. Gift cards are available in $100 increments and can be purchased here. To send a single box or a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month membership, click the green “Send a Gift” button on any product page. A pop-up will guide you through the process and let you choose whether to email the gift directly to the recipient or generate a shareable link.

Please note that recipients must activate their gift using the link provided. No boxes will ship until the gift has been activated. Gifts do not auto-renew on the sender’s end. However, once the recipient redeems their gift and sets up an account, they’ll have the option to continue the subscription after the gifted period. If they choose not to, they can cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid future charges. All subscriptions are pre-paid. Canceling stops future renewals but any boxes already paid for will still be delivered.

Standard Shipping Information

Subscriptions ship out for delivery on or around the 15th of the month. You will receive an email with tracking once your box has shipped.  Orders placed after the first week of the month ship on a  rolling basis  and typically ship within 2 – 3 business days of order placement. Subscriptions typically have an estimated delivery of 2 - 8 business days.

One-time boxes typically ship within 2 – 3 business days of order placement. One-time boxes have an estimated delivery of 2 - 8 business days. 

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking website. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to be available on the carrier’s website. RTB is not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. In the rare event your order has been lost or damaged during transit please reach out to us at info@weareraisingthebar.com so we can make it right!

We currently do not ship outside of the United States, to any international forwarding companies, or PO boxes. 

RTB Merchandise

Please review each product size chart carefully as all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. In the rare instance the product arrives defective or is damaged during transit please reach out to us at info@weareraisingthebar.com for a replacement.

When you order any Raising The Bar merchandise, we custom make one just for you! Each item is made to order and may take between 3-8 business days (or 7 – 10 business days during peak months – November & December) for the merchandise to be processed. Merchandise will be shipped separately from anything else on your order. Please expect 2 – 8 days for delivery once your order has been processed. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is complete and ready for shipping. Additional processing time and possible shipping delays may be imposed during the busy holiday season. Discount policy

If you placed an order within 24 hours before a sale, discount, or coupon went live, we’re happy to honor the promotional pricing. To request a price adjustment, please contact us within 24 hours of the promotion’s start. Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for adjustment.

Cancelations, refunds, & exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges of any items. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us at info@wewareraisingthebar.com so we can get it resolved for you.
