0.25 oz fresh lime juice
Star anise, for garnish
Instructions
Add the Wilfred’s, Root Elixirs, and lime juice to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, then strain into a wine glass or large coupe. Garnish with star anise

Instructions
Place a large skeleton ice cube in a rocks glass. Add the Wilfred’s and lime juice, then top with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wheel.
