Out of Office: A bright, tangy blend of ginger and lemon with a subtle grapefruit bitterness that keeps every sip crisp and layered.
Hella Zesty: Ginger and lemon meet vibrant yuzu and fresh mint for a lively, herbal-forward sip that feels refreshing and electric.
Recess Ginger Lime Mule: Crisp lime and warm ginger spice come together in a lightly sparkling finish that’s clean, refreshing, and incredibly easy to drink.
Portland Syrups Grapefruit Tonic: Contains grapefruit, which may interact with certain medications. Please consult your healthcare professional before consuming if this may be a concern.
Recess Ginger Lime “Mule”: This blend is infused with guayusa and adaptogens, with 10mg of natural caffeine from guayusa for a gentle lift.
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add shrub, grapefruit tonic, and lemon juice. Stir briefly and top with club soda. Garnish with crystallized ginger on a cocktail pick.

Ingredients
½ oz. Tait Farm Ginger Lemon Shrub
3 oz. JusTea Sunset Chamomile
(double-steep and chill ahead of time)
¼ oz. lemon juice
3 oz. Hella Yuzu Yuzu
Lime strip and fresh mint to garnish
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice and a lime strip, if desired. Add shrub, lemon juice, and brewed tea. Stir and top with Hella Yuzu Yuzu. Garnish with fresh mint.
