Ingredients
½ oz. Tait Farm Ginger Lemon Shrub
3 oz. JusTea Sunset Chamomile
(double-steep and chill ahead of time)
¼ oz. lemon juice
3 oz. Hella Yuzu Yuzu
Lime strip and fresh mint to garnish
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice and a lime strip, if desired. Add shrub, lemon juice, and brewed tea. Stir and top with Hella Yuzu Yuzu. Garnish with fresh mint.
