As we head into the last stretch of summer, we know not everyone was able to sneak away on vacation. And if you did... wow, we're so happy for you. ☺️
For August, we wanted to create something that turns an ordinary Thursday evening into a golden hour on the Amalfi Coast. We can't book you the trip, but we can absolutely help set the mood.
It all starts with one of the most requested bottles we've ever featured: Pallini Limonzero.
Ever since we first mixed with it, you've been asking us to bring it back. And we completely understand why! It's bright, citrusy, incredibly versatile, and basically summer in a bottle.
This time, though, we're showing you a whole new side of it.
You'll be making two completely different cocktails: Low Tide and Driftwood. One is bright, crisp, and coastal. The other is softer, botanical, and made for golden hour. They prove just how much one bottle can do with the right ingredients.
Andddd just you wait until you see what's inside! So many of these brands are brand new to the RTB-verse, and we cannot wait to introduce you to ingredients that not only shine on their own but come together beautifully in this month's curation.

Let's dive in!
Pallini Limonzero
Our main spirit hardly needs an introduction. From its beautiful appearance to its vibrant citrus flavour, it's easy to see why it's become such a community favourite.
Made with renowned Sfusato lemons from Italy's Amalfi Coast, Limonzero delivers bright, natural lemon flavour with just the right amount of sweetness, making it the perfect base for everything we're mixing this month.
One of our favourite ways to enjoy it beyond the recipes is with alcohol-free sparkling wine. Simply combine one part Limonzero with two parts sparkling wine for an effortless spritz. We especially love it with Sèchey Blanc de Blancs from last month's box.
Coaqua - Citrus Circus
We're so excited to welcome Coaqua to the RTB community.
Citrus Circus brings together coconut water with yuzu, lemon, and lime to create a crisp, vibrant base for Low Tide. It doesn't just add bright citrus flavour. It gives the cocktail structure while bringing natural hydration into every sip.
You know us! We love finding ways to make our favourite rituals a little more functional without sacrificing flavour.
Savyll - Non-Alcoholic Mojito
This month we're featuring two ready-to-drink cocktails from the incredible team at Savyll.
Based in London, Savyll creates beautifully balanced alcohol-free classics using natural ingredients. They're vegan-friendly, lower in sugar, and ready to enjoy straight from the can.
The Mojito combines fresh mint, natural lime juice, and white rum essence for a refreshing take on the classic. It's bright, cooling, and incredibly easy to enjoy on a warm summer day.
Savyll - Non-Alcoholic Paloma
This one is for anyone who craves the ultimate citrus-forward sip in a can.
The Paloma features bittersweet pink grapefruit, tequila-inspired botanicals, and fresh lime, creating a bold yet refreshing cocktail with plenty of depth.
We always find that familiar cocktails make great introductions to zero-proof options when hosting. Most people already know what a mojito or paloma tastes like, so they're naturally more curious to try an alcohol-free version. Savyll does an incredible job proving that ready-to-drink doesn't have to mean sacrificing complexity or quality.
Monin - Elderflower Syrup
We're so happy to be mixing with Monin again.
Their Elderflower Syrup is already a staple in our kitchen. We use it in sparkling water, teas, coffees, and even baking, so it felt like the perfect ingredient to bring back into the box.
For our Driftwood cocktail, it adds delicate floral notes and a gentle sweetness that balances Limonzero's bright citrus beautifully. The result is a cocktail that feels fresh, elegant, and perfectly layered.
Made with pure cane sugar and natural flavours, it's free from artificial colours, preservatives, and sweeteners.
Once you've finished making this month's recipes, don't put it away. It's equally delicious in sparkling water, iced tea, zero-proof gin cocktails, or anywhere you want a little floral brightness.
The Finishing Touches
We've included lemon-themed cocktail picks to garnish your creations, a packet of Twangerz Lemon Lime Salt to rim your glass, and of course, a playlist to set the mood while you mix.
Want some garnishing inspiration? Head to our Sunny Shores page or the Low Tide and Driftwood recipe pages for a few ideas.
We hope this box helps you soak up every last bit of summer and reminds you that while a plane ticket to Italy would be pretty nice, it's also possible to romanticize everyday moments at home with an Italian-inspired aperitif in hand. We're always here to help make those little moments feel a bit more special.
We can't wait to see what you create. Be sure to share your creations with us on Instagram or in our private Facebook group.
