More About The New Vintage, Our First Non-Alcoholic Wine Box.

We’re doing things a little differently this month. Instead of our usual non-alcoholic cocktail box, we’re heading straight into wine land with a non-alcoholic wine box curated by the queen of non-alc wine herself, Sarah Kate!
A Little More About Our Amazing Collaborator
Sarah Kate is a sober sommelier and the face behind Some Good Clean Fun, an online destination for finding something good to drink when you’re not drinking, for whatever reason. She’s tasted and reviewed hundreds of non-alcoholic wines and knows all the little details we actually want to know. She knows her stuff, we trust her, and we truly couldn’t think of anyone better to curate this box with us.
So, why wine? Because of YOU!
We’ve been hearing so much feedback that you’re ready to dip back into non-alcoholic wine, find your go-to bottle, and give the category another chance. And we so feel that! Non-alc wine has evolved SO much, and we’re excited to explore where it is today.
Because hey, we can still do all the wine things we thought we’d never do again as sober, mindful, or curious drinkers. Like spontaneously inviting the neighbor over for a glass, letting the bottle aerate at family dinner, pulling out our favorite wine glasses, giving that glass a good swirl before taking a sip, and having a beautiful glass of red with a really good steak. [Insert your wine fantasy here. ❤️]
Now, let’s get into everything inside The New Vintage, our non-alc wine box!
Tomorrow Cellars Red Blend
Tomorrow Red Blend is a California non-alcoholic red grounded in Petite Sirah from sustainably farmed vineyards. It’s made using traditional winemaking techniques and aged for 14 months in French oak before the alcohol is gently removed, helping preserve the wine’s natural flavors and aromas.
One of our favorite facts about this blend is that Tomorrow Cellars worked with Ian Blessing of All The Bitter to create a custom extract made from whole botanicals and natural ingredients. It’s added before bottling to bring back the fruit, spice, depth, and complexity that can be lost during alcohol removal.
The result is a lighter-bodied red with integrated tannins, subtle oak, cassis, dried herbs, cocoa, warm spice, mint, and sage. No added sugar, either!

Bark & Bitter Overly Orange Bitters
Bark & Bitter’s Overtly Orange Bitters are non-alcoholic orange bitters made by hand in small batches in Niagara Falls, Ontario. They were created by founder Nick Nemeth, a bartender with 20+ years behind the bar and formal training in brewing and distilling, so everything they make is built with craft cocktails in mind.
Overtly Orange is made from real botanicals with no added flavorings or extracts, including sweet and bitter orange peel, coriander, gentian, green cardamom, and warm spices. The result is vibrant and zesty, adding citrus-forward bitterness, brightness, and structure to a cocktail.
And for those wondering, yes, bitters can be alcohol-free! These ones use vegetable glycerine as their base rather than alcohol. While glycerine is technically classified as a “sugar alcohol,” which you’ll see listed in the ingredient information, there’s no actual sugar or ethanol in the bitters.
And one more thing we love: through their Poured with Purpose platform, Bark & Bitter donates a portion of proceeds from every bottle sold to mental health and addiction initiatives focused on the hospitality industry.

Giesen 0% Spritz Sauvignon Blanc
Giesen 0% Spritz Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, crisp, lightly sparkling wine made in New Zealand from premium Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. It actually begins as a full-strength wine before the alcohol is gently removed using spinning cone technology. This process uses low temperatures and a vacuum to separate the alcohol from the wine while helping preserve its aroma, flavor, and character.
Expect notes of lime zest, passionfruit, guava, citrus, green apple, and delicate florals, with bright acidity, fine bubbles, and a clean, refreshing finish. And fewer than 50 calories per can!
We recommend serving it nice and chilled in your favorite wine glass.
Giesen 0% Spritz Rosé
And we’re also including their gorgeous Spritz Rosé for a light, fruit-forward, delicately bubbly wine made with premium Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and a touch of Merlot. Again, it begins as a full-strength wine before the alcohol is gently removed using that same spinning cone technology we mentioned above.
Expect notes of strawberry, white peach, passionfruit, lime, and red berries, with a clean, refreshing, slightly off-dry finish. And fewer than 50 calories per can!
We recommend pouring it nice and chilled into your favorite wine glass or over ice. We personally love drinking it straight from the can, extremely chilled and with a straw. These spritzes bring us such a fun, unique wine experience that works for so many different moments. Bring one along with you, stock up on a bunch for hosting, or just crack one open for yourself.

Wander+Found Sparkling Cuvée Blanc
Bubbles are necessary once we start heading into the holiday season, and we had to bring one in that felt just as delicious as it is celebratory!
Wander+Found’s Sparkling Cuvée Blanc comes from Germany’s famous Rhine wine region, bringing together centuries of winemaking tradition and old-growth vines. The alcohol is gently removed, leaving us with a smooth and refreshing non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
Expect notes of tangy citrus zest, tart gooseberry, and sweet starfruit for a bright, refreshing sip. As usual, please chill before enjoying to make the most of this gorgeous blend!

And Some Finishing Touches to Complete the Curation
We’ve got Sanpellegrino Zero Limonata plus dried orange slices to complete your Tinto de Verano recipe from this box. Find the full recipe here, including a quick tip for turning it into a batch cocktail if you’re making it for a crowd!
And please don’t forget our exclusive playlist, put together by Sarah herself! It’s called Something for Everyone, which is super fitting because that’s exactly what we hope this box feels like. Listen here!
