Instructions
STEP 1
Start by coating the rim of your martini glass with Tajín. This adds a bright, tangy kick right from the first sip and is totally worth the extra step.
STEP 2
Fill a shaker with ice, then add your Bloody Mary mix and Damrak. Give it a good shake until everything is chilled and blended.
STEP 3
Strain the mixture into your prepared glass. Finish by skewering Poshi pickles onto a bamboo pick and placing them on top for a bold, savory garnish.
