This was the first recipe we ever created for Raising the Bar in September 2020. Perfect Fall drink to ease your way into the season!
- 2 oz. brewed, chilled Winterwoods Tea Company Apple Tea
- 3/4 oz. Portland Syrups Hibiscus Cardamom*
- Hella Bitters Bitters & Soda Dry Aromatic*
- Dried Apple Garnish
In a shaker with ice, combine apple tea and Hibiscus Cardamom syrup. Strain into a cocktail glass of your choice (we recommend a coupe or martini glass!) and top with chilled Hella Bitters soda. Garnish with dried apple slice. Enjoy!
