Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 oz. Damrak Virgin 0.0
  • Tajín, for the rim
  • Poshi Petite Dill Pickles, for garnish

Instructions

Coat the rim of a martini glass with Tajín. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the bloody mix and Damrak. Shake well, then strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with Poshi pickles on a bamboo pick

No Regrets

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. chilled Sidecar Mimosa
  • 1 oz. Damrak Virgin 0.0
  • Orange twist, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a chilled coupe glass, combine the Sidecar Mimosa and Damrak. Stir gently to preserve the bubbles, then garnish with an orange twist.

Coastal Spritz (RTD)

Pentire’s signature coastal botanicals are layered with blood orange, sea rosemary, and oakwood, creating a naturally bitter profile with refreshing coastal notes.
