Shoulders that are just a little too sun-kissed because you forgot to reapply sunscreen. Fresh Amalfi lemons, salty air, and absolutely no reason to check the time.
At the heart of this month's curation is Pallini Limonzero, one of the most requested bottles we've ever featured. Ever since we first mixed with it, you've been asking us to bring it back. And we totally get it. It's bright, citrusy, incredibly versatile, and pretty much tastes like summer in a bottle.
This time, we wanted to take it somewhere new. Joining Limonzero are CoAqua, Monin, Siren Shrub, and Savyll, bringing layers of creamy coconut, fresh herbs, delicate florals, and crisp citrus.
So this month, every recipe tells a different summer story. Which one you mix first is entirely up to you!

Low Tide: A bright, non-alcoholic cocktail featuring vibrant citrus, crisp coconut water, and a clean, coastal finish.
Driftwood: A delicate, non-alcoholic spritz balancing bright limoncello flavors with fragrant elderflower, fresh basil, and a lightly floral finish.
Savyll Non-Alcoholic Mojito: A ready-to-drink non-alcoholic mojito featuring fresh mint, zesty lime, and a cool, citrus-forward finish.
Savyll Non-Alcoholic Paloma: A ready-to-drink non-alcoholic Paloma featuring bright pink grapefruit, fresh lime, and a balanced bittersweet finish.
Rim a highball glass with Twang Lemon Lime Salt. Fill the glass with ice, then add Pallini Limonzero, Coaqua Citrus Coconut Water, and fresh lemon juice. Stir gently, top with club soda, and garnish with a lemon slice on a cocktail pick.

Ingredients
1.5 oz Pallini Limonzero
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz Monin Elderflower Syrup
Siren Shrub Sparkling Basil Shrub (1–2 oz)
Instructions
Shake Pallini Limonzero, lemon juice, and Monin Elderflower Syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe, then top with Siren Sparkling Basil Shrub. Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh basil.
