This month, we’re pouring a California red, New Zealand wine spritzes, German sparkling wine, and bitters that give us a little room to experiment and mix, featuring Tomorrow Cellars, Giesen 0%, Wander+Found, Bark & Bitter, and more.

Tinto de Verano: A bright, wine-forward non-alcoholic cocktail with rich dark berries, fresh lemon citrus, and a hint of bittersweet orange.
Wander + Found Sparkling Cuvée Blanc: A crisp, refreshing non-alcoholic sparkling wine with tangy citrus, tart gooseberry, sweet starfruit, and plenty of bubbles.
Giesen 0% Spritz Sauvignon Blanc: A bright, crisp non-alcoholic wine spritz with lime zest, passionfruit, green apple, delicate florals, and fine bubbles.
Giesen 0% Spritz Rosé: A vibrant, fruit-forward non-alcoholic wine spritz with strawberry, white peach, passionfruit, lime, and delicate bubbles.
Bark & Bitter Overly Orange Bitters contains botanical ingredients including bitter orange peel, quassia bark, and gentian root. It also contains sugar alcohol, which comes solely from the vegetable glycerine base. It contains no actual sugars or ethanol, but vegetable glycerine is technically classified as a sugar alcohol.
Loved it all!! i'm not a big wine drinker, mostly for the taste, so I was hesitant about this box, but I loved it all!!! Might be the box that I finished first after almost 2 yrs of monthly boxes!
I tried to stop the order when I heard it was wine, but my email to customer service was met with a question of did I really want to stop it? I said yes but heard nothing back from them. Then my card was charged so I made an attempt to enjoy it but it’s not for me. I just signed up for the cool mixed drinks. I changed the upcoming box away from wine, but if this is now a monthly wine box, it’s just not what I am looking for. No harm no foul.

Our boxes typically center on non-alcoholic spirits and cocktail-making, and wine won’t be a regular focus. We enjoy exploring new things, but understand that every box won’t suit everyone’s tastes.

The New Vintage was a wine-focused box, curated with sober sommelier Sarah Kate of Some Good Clean Fun to explore non-alcoholic wines while still including a cocktail recipe. We’re always trying new things and introducing different ways to enjoy zero-proof drinks, and we understand that every box won’t be the perfect fit for everyone. Our boxes typically focus on non-alcoholic spirits, so wine won’t be a regular focus.
We also announce each box in advance, including what’s inside and what you’ll make, so you can decide whether it’s something you’ll enjoy. If an upcoming box doesn’t suit your tastes, you have the option to pause or skip before it processes. Please reach out if you ever need help with those options!

Wow! The wine tastes like wine. This is an awesome box!!! Yay for Sangria.
Squeeze the lemon wedges into a wine glass filled with ice. Add the red blend, Sanpellagrino Limonata Zero, and orange bitters. Stir gently to combine, then garnish with a dried orange wheel.
Make It A Pitcher:
1 full bottle Tomorrow Cellars Red Blend
16 oz Sanpellegrino Limonata Zero
15 dashes Overtly Orange Bitters to start
1 or 2 lemon wedges per glass
Instructions
Add the red blend and Limonata Zero to a pitcher. Add about 15 dashes of orange bitters, then taste and adjust as desired. Fill each glass with ice and 1–2 lemon wedges, pour in the wine mixture and garnish with a dried orange wheel.

Wander + Found Sparkling Cuvée Blanc
Made in Germany from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc, this is one of the nicest non-alcoholic sparkling wines we’ve tried for it’s price point, plus it comes in a regular sized bottle or what I call a smaller ‘piccolo’ bottle (I love adding a straw and sipping right from the bottle!). Delicate apple and orchard-fruit aromas lead to green apple, tart gooseberry, and a hint of lime with creamy bubbles and a touch of minerality on the finish!
How to Enjoy Chill the bottle, pour it into your favorite wine glass, and enjoy it on its own. Take a moment with the delicate aroma before your first sip.
