- 1/4 - 1/2 oz. Sweet Haven apple thyme cardamom tonic
- Dropper of Woodster lemon thyme bitters
- Optional: 1 - 2 oz. chilled sparkling water for a lighter version
- Optional: a sprig of thyme or lemon peel to garnish
