- Optional: squeeze of fresh lime

Instructions
STEP 1
Chill your ingredients, gather plenty of ice, and set out your glassware and tools. To make the butterfly pea flower ice, sprinkle some flowers into ice mold with hot water. The ice cubes will turn your drink into a gorgeous hue.
STEP 2
Add Fluère, jam, and lime juice to a shaker with ice, and shake until jam is fully dissolved. Add Sound Sparkling, and gently stir to combine.
STEP 3
Strain into a highball glass with butterfly pea flower ice cubes.
