Mocktails & Meals: Enchanted Garden Edition


Another month, another mocktail and meal pairing. This September, we’re leaning into lush, dramatic, and herbaceous flavors. We’ll be sipping an elegant twist on a Lychee Martini, a grounded citrus-forward tea-based drink, and a sparkling ready-to-drink that tastes like a garden in bloom. What’s missing? A beautiful meal to complement the flavors and round out the experience.

First Blush
In the glass: Aplós Arise, Namai Lychee Juice, Ginger Lemon Juice

  • For an appetizer: Watermelon, feta & basil salad with pita chip croutons. Refreshing and salty-sweet to match the lychee’s brightness.

  • And for the main dish: Ricotta & spinach shells with a velvety rosé sauce. Comforting, rich, but light enough to let the drink take center stage. 

  • Lastly, dessert: Kiwi sorbet drizzled with hot caramel fudge. A cool finish with a playful contrast of tropical tang and deep sweetness.

In the glass: Aplós Arise, brewed & chilled Genmaicha tea, Dram Citrus & Blossoms

  • Let’s start with a cute appy: Roasted carrot and cumin hummus with seeded crackers. Earthy notes to echo the tea, citrus zest to lift the pairing.

  • For the main attraction: Miso-glazed eggplant with sesame rice. Deep umami layers balanced by bright citrus botanicals.

  • For a treat: Lemon thyme shortbread cookies. Buttery, herbal, and just a touch of tart to tie it all together.

  • And something sweet: Almond cake with whipped cream and poached pears. Soft, nutty, and layered with fruit to echo the drink’s core flavor.
