September 15th kicks off Hispanic Heritage Month, running through October 15th - a time to celebrate the rich histories, cultures, and creativity of Hispanic and Latinx communities. From food and music to art and science, their influence runs deep. And that impact of course extends to the zero-proof space we’re lucky to be part of, so let’s highlight some Hispanic-owned non-alc brands we admire in the world of mindful sipping!
Siponey
Co-founded by Amanda Victoria, a Latina entrepreneur with years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Siponey is all about drinking better. Their ready-to-drink spritzes are thoughtful, refreshing, and crafted with care. Beyond the can, Amanda serves on nonprofit boards supporting women of color, environmental causes, and diverse communities.
Siponey’s cocktails are made with real ingredients, always featuring a touch of certified organic wildflower honey. Their mission goes far beyond what’s in your glass - protecting pollinators, people, and the planet.
We featured their Pollinator in our February box, and rumor has it another one of their gorgeous cans will be popping up in a box later this year. Keep your eyes peeled.

Trejo’s Spirits
Founded by actor Danny Trejo, who’s been proudly sober for over 55 years, Trejo’s Spirits offers a lineup of non-alc spirits from tequila, whiskey to gin that are full of flavor and effortless to mix into your fave mocktails. If you’re ever in LA, you can also sip them at his four Trejo’s Tacos locations, where their inclusive menu of both traditional and zero-proof cocktails await.
A highlight in RTB history was teaming up with the Trejo’s Spirits crew for our Dry July box last year. A meaningful collaboration in so many parts, from the curation, to the conversations had, to our first ever in-person event in LA. Being able to meet so many of you in person was a moment we’ll cherish forever.
Cut Above Spirits
Founded in 2021 by Andrew Raul, Cut Above is a family-owned, Texas-born brand on a mission to make spirits you can feel good about. Crafted with natural U.S. ingredients and zero alcohol, their lineup includes non-alc tequila, mezcal, gin, and whiskey - all about flavor, choice, and balance.
We love how they’re building an inclusive community where “drinkers” and “non-drinkers” can share the same table, swap stories, and sip what feels right. Their bottles have been a favorite in our boxes, and we can’t wait for more to come.
How do we keep uplifting and supporting diverse voices?
Heritage months and cultural days are important reminders, but the real impact comes from making space year-round - learning the stories behind the brands, celebrating their roots, and choosing to support them in everyday ways.
