- 2 drops of chai bitters

LET’S GET STARTED
Instructions
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (a shake without ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
STEP 2
Strain into a wine glass and scoop any foam remaining in the shaker onto the top of the drink.
STEP 3
Garnish with a star anise and enjoy.
