STEP 1
In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle a few dried orange slices with the sorrel. Add ice.
STEP 2
Using the back of a spoon, gently pour Casamara Club on top to achieve a layered appearance.
STEP 3
Garnish with an additional orange slice.
