Instructions
STEP 1
Add the lime zest and Tajín to a cocktail rimmer. Moisten the rim of a Collins glass with lime juice, then dip into the mixture to coat evenly.
STEP 2
Add ice to the glass, then pour in the remaining ingredients.
STEP 3
Stir gently and garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
