Instructions
STEP 1
In a shaker, combine 2 oz Lyre's Dark Cane Non-Alcoholic Rum, ½ oz lime juice, 2 oz coconut cream, and ½ packet of matcha powder. Before adding ice, use a handheld frother or whisk to fully incorporate the thick coconut cream and matcha.
STEP 2
Once smooth, add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
STEP 3
Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cocktail
