- 2 oz. Lyre's Spiced Cane Spirit
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- Cinnamon stick
LET’S GET STARTED
Instructions
STEP 1
Add 2 oz dark cane non-alcoholic Lyre's rum, ½ oz lime juice, and 2 oz pineapple juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled.
STEP 2
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf.
STEP 3
Just before serving, carefully light one end of a cinnamon stick until it smolders slightly, then place it across the top of the glass as an aromatic garnish. Serve immediately.
