Instructions
STEP 1
Rim a coupe glass with a touch of rose syrup, then dip the edge in rose petals.
STEP 2
In a shaker, combine Matchatini with rose syrup and lime juice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, then add ice and shake again until chilled.
STEP 3
Add Dappled Tonic and stir gently to combine. Strain into the prepared glass and enjoy.
