Add 2 oz dark cane non-alcoholic Lyre’s rum, ½ oz lime juice, and 2 oz pineapple juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf. Just before serving, carefully light one end of a cinnamon stick until it smolders slightly, then place it across the top of the glass as an aromatic garnish. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
2 oz. Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit
½ oz lime juice
2 oz coconut cream
½ packet matcha
Instructions
In a shaker, combine 2 oz Lyre’s Dark Cane Non-Alcoholic Rum, ½ oz lime juice, 2 oz coconut cream, and ½ packet of matcha powder. Before adding ice, use a handheld frother or whisk to fully incorporate the thick coconut cream and matcha.
Once smooth, add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella.
