Portland Syrups is a familiar favorite at RTB, and this month we’re featuring their Pomegranate Cherry syrup. This syrup combines pure pomegranate purée with locally sourced cherries, making it a unique addition to your home bar. They brew their small-batch syrups by hand in Oregon, using seasonally-selected ingredients and natural sweeteners. Their syrups contain 40% less sugar than typical mixers but are carefully formulated to ensure there’s no compromise on taste. Quick tip: use this syrup to make a homemade cherry cola!
All the way from the Netherlands, this stunning non-alcoholic IPA is a favorite among the RTB team. We’re not alone in loving it—it’s the most awarded non-alcoholic IPA in the world! *Pallini Limonzero is the first non alcoholic Limoncello in the world. The product is balanced to the best citric effect and spiciness using natural lemon oils and a touch of ginger. A minimal quantity of the lemon peel infusion is added to have the right tardiness and consistency with the original limoncello, where the final ABV is less than 0.5%. It took us a long time to finalize the recipe, since without alcohol the issue was not just the flavor, but also the right way of maintaining the product stability and taste on the shelf. Amalfi lemons are organically grown without pesticides, and hand picked, they are extremely delicate and sensitive to light and temperature. It took us time, but we made it work, and are proud of the result. As they say, Rome was not built in a day! Salute!
