We’re so excited to feature Feragaia Spirit in one of our boxes for the first time! This non-alc spirit is all-natural, zero-sugar, and vegan—perfect for those who are mindful about ingredients. Flavor-wise, it’s got a little bit of everything. You’ll get a fresh kick from lemon verbena and blackcurrant, balanced with a hint of sugar kelp for that perfect touch of salty-sweet. And the pink peppercorn adds just the right amount of bite.
Fun fact: Feragaia just opened their very own distillery in Scotland—the first alcohol-free distillery in the country, an incredible achievement, and we’re so thrilled for them!
For this month’s RTD option, we’re featuring the lovely Kally Sparkler—a stunning sparkling wine alternative made from the same grapes and acids as your favorite bottle of bubbly. This bottle is crafted with all organic ingredients, including pear, verjus, thyme, and Meyer lemon. Plus, there’s no added sugar or funky additives. One thing we absolutely love about Kally is that they consulted a carbonation expert from the Champagne region of France to ensure the perfect quality of fizz. Isn’t that fun?
As for pairings, they suggest enjoying it with oysters, Gruyère cheese, grilled halibut, or if you want a snack, dig into those cheese puffs!
