About you
You’re a problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. The role
This is a part-time (~20 hours/week) contractor role, with the opportunity to grow. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our subscription boxes and products get where they need to go—on time, every time. From inventory tracking to fulfillment coordination to problem-solving customer orders, this role is essential in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. The rol

• Fulfillment & Logistics Support – Oversee subscription box shipments, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and ensure smooth coordination with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner.
• Inventory & Vendor Coordination – Track stock levels, manage reorders, and liaise with vendors to keep everything running seamlessly.
• Shopify & E-Commerce Operations – Maintain product listings, monitor inventory levels, and assist in updating our digital storefront to optimize customer experience.
• Customer Support & Order Management – Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to shipping, orders, and fulfillment to ensure a seamless experience.
• Process Documentation & Organization – Maintain and improve internal workflows for inventory management, order tracking, and fulfillment processes.
• Data Tracking & Reporting – Monitor key logistics metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve efficiency.
• Additional tasks as needed – We’re a startup, so we move fast, pivot when necessary, and always work together to get things done.

What you bring to the table

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or fulfillment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you love making things more efficient.
• Experience with order management, inventory tracking, and warehouse coordination.
• Familiarity with Shopify (bonus if you’ve worked with fulfillment platforms or WMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills—you’re the type to anticipate roadblocks and find solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration.
• A proactive, can-do attitude—someone who thrives in a small, fast-moving team.
